Join us as we guide you through the world of seaweed and discover why its umami goodness and oceanic health benefits should feature more in Orkney's natural larder. Immerse yourself in a 45-minute exhibition, including a demonstration of cooking with seaweed from head brewer, Sam Britten, and a deep dive into our naturally fermented products, where we infuse sea kelp foraged from the Birsay coastline in our popular Sea Kelp Fizz Kombucha.

Find us at the biggest county show in Orkney, where we’ll be among over 90 trade stands, showcasing the quality of produce and crafts we are fortunate to experience here in Orkney.
