‘The Orkney Dive’

We’re excited to share our part in ‘The Orkney Dive’ Seafood and Movie Experience that is taking place in Kirkwall, at the St. Magnus Centre.
The event will bring together local divers, community members, seafood businesses, and sea sustainability voices throughout the afternoon and evening.
We’ll be sharing our locally sourced Sea Kelp Fizz Kombucha and we are looking forward to this eye-opening presentation, as well as delicious sustainable seafood and much more.
A Taste of Seaweed

Join us as we guide you through the world of seaweed and discover why its umami goodness and oceanic health benefits should feature more in Orkney's natural larder. Immerse yourself in a 45-minute exhibition, including a demonstration of cooking with seaweed from head brewer, Sam Britten, and a deep dive into our naturally fermented products, where we infuse sea kelp foraged from the Birsay coastline in our popular Sea Kelp Fizz Kombucha.
